The Customer Experience Summit 2021 needed a branding solution that embodied its core theme: leveraging data-driven insights to improve customer satisfaction.
The design needed to feel modern, professional, and approachable, appealing to a corporate audience while highlighting innovation and analytical precision.
SOLUTION
I designed a visual identity centred on a clean and professional data visualisation motif, which served as a symbol for customer data and feedback.
This design element was carried throughout the branding, from digital graphics and social media banners to printed event materials.
The palette and typography choices reinforced the brand's credibility while ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
The result was a cohesive identity that effectively communicated the summit’s mission and message.
