TalentNERD, a burgeoning recruitment agency, wanted a distinctive logo and style pack that would encapsulate the founder's vibrant and approachable personality.
The challenge was to craft a brand identity that stood out in the competitive recruitment sector, appealing to both clients and candidates with its unique charm and professionalism.


SOLUTION
Embracing the founder's lively character, I began the creative process with spontaneous sketches, notably on a restaurant napkin, where the concept of incorporating 'nerd' glasses emerged.
This element symbolised the agency's intelligent and friendly approach.
Through iterative design development, we refined the logo into a clean, block-colour version, which became the primary mark due to its modern and polished appearance.
The final brand identity seamlessly blends professionalism with a playful touch, effectively capturing the essence of TalentNERD and setting it apart in the recruitment industry.
